Shipping policy

All orders ship free. Simple as that. We want Boisdoree pieces in your hands.

Orders are normally mailed out within 1-2 business days of purchase. During sale periods, this can be 2-3 business days due to high volume. Items with free shipping normally arrive within 4-5 business days.

If there are carrier shipping delays we are not normally able to refund shipping costs. If you encounter any issues with delivery please reach out to the carrier directly (UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS, Canada Post), as they have the most up-to-date information on delivery to your door. For purchases shipping to countries other than Canada or the USA, the recipient will be responsible for any duties or taxes assigned by local authorities.

In a hurry? We recommend placing your order with express shipping and then reaching out to us at [email protected]. If we can't ship it out in time, we'll cancel and refund your order.
