Refund policy

We want you to love your Boisdoree pieces as much as we do. If you're unsatisfied, we want to fix that. 

1. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all unworn merchandise in original condition. Please reach out to us within 14-days of receiving your item to get this started. Please note that exchanged items may not be returned for refund. 

2. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you'd prefer a refund to your payment method, we offer a pre-paid shipping label for $6.50 USD (which is deducted from the refund). 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item request a return. Once you request a return, you have up to 10 days to put the item in the mail back to us. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Once a return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label to your email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be processed for refund or exchange.

3. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Processing Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Orders

For orders shipping outside of Canada or the USA, we do not offer free shipping, prepaid labels for returns, or prepaid label exchanges. Returns and exchanges can be accepted if you are able to mail us the item at your own cost.
